2,4-Dihydroxybenzophenone  is an metabolite of Benzophenone, it is soluble in common organic solvents and readily compatible with many polymers. The max. absorbing wavelength range is 280-340nm. Lisob BP-1 is particularly recommended for using in polyolefine, olyvinyl chlornamee, polystyrene etc. and as the intermediate of UV-absorbing agents (Lisob BP-12) as well.
